Votestar, the first free, pay and freemium voting platform for facebook voting is now live and ready to deliver votes for TV3 Sweden in the Zodiak Media Group format ‘True Talent’

The Facebook application, developed for Zodiak Active, also features a range of content and games that will keeps fans involved throughout the week. Users will be rewarded for regular visits and completing specific tasks with exclusive unlockable content and virtual ‘badges’.

As well as the Facebook, the audience will also be able to vote using free iPhone and Android apps developed by Zodiak Active, which will also include exclusive news and video content.

Edward Humphrey, Senior Vice President, Zodiak Active, said: “We hope to have created a truly immersive experience for the viewer and a genuinely interactive TV format. As audience insight from our digital platforms will be fed directly back into the show, contestants will be able to review detailed statistics to discover exactly who their fans are and what they’re thinking about their progress through the competition.”
